At J. Campeau Development Corp we work closely with our clients throughout the entire building process, from lot selection through to the completion of the project. We are committed to completing our homes on time, and on budget.
From the outset, we assist our clients in assembling a team, usually made up of an architect or home designer, landscape architect, and an interior designer to help our clients’ visions become reality.
We also work closely with municipalities to expedite the permit process, enabling a smooth transition into building your home. Throughout construction, we provide updated critical path scheduling and budget reviews on a monthly basis.
